Sanitary grade heat exchangers are designed to operate under the highest sanitary grade requirements, and their unique design makes it easy to completely empty and maintain a clean state inside the heat exchange tubes. The double tube plate structure avoids the risk of cross contamination that conventional heat exchangers are prone to.Product Structure Features:

working principle:
1. The primary side material flows through the seamless steel pipe bundle processed by electric polishing, while the secondary side medium flows through the outer pipeline in the opposite direction. The end of the heat exchange tube bundle is fastened with a double tube plate and serves as a leakage monitoring point to prevent bidirectional cross contamination between the primary side material and the secondary side medium.
2. Multiple bending expansion joints can be set up to effectively absorb local thermal stress caused by large-scale temperature changes, thereby extending the service life of the heat exchanger.

1. Heat exchange area: 0.5-15 square meters
2. Design temperature: up to 165 degrees Celsius
3. Design pressure: up to 1.6MPa
4. Surface treatment: The minimum smoothness of the inner surface of the pipeline in contact with the product is level 8 or above, Ra=0.25—0.5。

6. Installation method: It can be installed horizontally or vertically.
